Estimates and pricing

Information on this site is general and does not constitute a quote, an offer, or a binding price. Pricing language on service pages describes how we approach estimating and is not a guarantee of cost.

A binding price is only established in a written estimate signed by both parties following an on-site consultation.

Images shown are of work completed by Panorama unless expressly labeled otherwise. Individual results vary with site conditions, materials selected, and scope.

Licensing

Home improvement work is regulated at state level. Registration and license details applicable to your state are provided with every written estimate.

Intellectual property

Site content, including photography, copy, and design, is owned by Panorama and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Panorama is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information.
