Panorama Custom Masonry & Outdoor Design

Full Yard Remodeling

Panorama takes on complete yard transformations across Wilmington and New Castle County, where the hardscape, drainage, planting, and lawn are all designed and built together by one crew. This is the work we are best suited to, because a yard that gets a patio from one contractor, drainage from another, and planting from a third almost always ends up with the three fighting each other.

A full remodel is sequenced properly: drainage and grade first, then structure and hardscape, then planting and lawn last so nothing new gets driven over.

What the job includes

  • Full-property design with a phased plan
  • Demolition and removal of what is not staying
  • Drainage and grading corrected first
  • Hardscape: patios, walls, steps, fire features
  • Planting beds and installation
  • Lawn renovation or new sod
  • Lighting and irrigation coordination

How we build it

  1. 01

    Design the whole yard

Even if the build is phased over two seasons, the design covers the entire property from the start.

  2. 02

    Sequence the work

Drainage, then structure, then softscape. Doing it in the wrong order means paying twice.

  3. 03

    Build in phases

We can stage a large project across seasons to fit a budget, with each phase left complete and usable.

Common questions

Can a yard remodel be split across years?

Yes, and it is often the smart way to do it. We design the full property once, then build in phases that each leave the yard finished and usable rather than half-torn-up over a winter.

What order should the work happen in?

Drainage and grading, then hardscape and structure, then planting and lawn. Reversing that means new sod and beds get destroyed by the machinery that comes later.

Do you handle demolition and haul-away?

Yes. Removal of old patios, dead plantings, failed walls, and debris is included in the scope and priced in rather than added on.
