One crew, from footing to final sweep
Panorama builds custom masonry and landscapes for homes across Wilmington and New Castle County. We do the stonework and the planting ourselves, which is the whole reason to hire us on a full yard rather than a hardscape contractor and a landscaper who have never spoken to each other.
Most of what decides whether a build lasts is invisible once it is finished: the depth of the excavation, the compaction of the base, the drainage behind a wall, the flashing behind a veneer. Those are the parts we will not cut, and they are the parts we will explain to you in the estimate rather than hiding behind a lump sum.
We would rather tell you a wall needs an engineered design, or that your problem is a downspout rather than the drainage system someone else quoted, than sell you work you do not need.
